Ferrari 296 GTS — P&S STOUT Ceramic Coating, Mobile
Coated on the owner's driveway. We came to the car.
Ferrari 296 GTS · 2026-10-14
Customer context
A red 296 GTS coated at the owner's home rather than the shop. Same prep, same coating, same price; the car never left the driveway.
What we did
- Full wash, iron decon and clay to clear bonded contamination before the coating
- P&S Inspiration STOUT ceramic coating across every painted panel
- Cure before the car went back on the road
Process detail
- Mobile means the same wash, decon and coating steps on a driveway, with our own water and power; the only thing we skip is the drive to Oakland
- Red pigment fades first under UV; a ceramic coating is the layer that takes the sun instead of the pigment
- Carbon and gloss-black trim are coated along with the paint; the mesh and matte plastics are not
- Aftercare: a Maintenance Wash every few weeks keeps the coating healthy
