Booking + payment

Bookings are made online at innovoauto.com/book/, by text to (628) 212-2001, or by chat. Credit card on file is required at booking and charged after service is complete. Large PPF jobs ($1,800+) require a deposit at booking.

Cancellation policy

24 hours' notice: no charge. Inside 24 hours: $60 cancellation fee. Same-day reschedule when our schedule allows it, no fee. Day-of no-shows are billed at $60.

Warranty

STEK PPF: 10-year manufacturer warranty (12 years with STEK Final Coat top-coat, registered at stekshield.com). P&S Inspiration STOUT ceramic: 5-year manufacturer durability rating with maintenance. STEK Final Coat ceramic standalone: 3-year manufacturer warranty (up to 5 years if maintained). Detailing work: 7-day call-back window if anything was missed.

Maintenance requirements

Ceramic and PPF warranties require regular pH-neutral washing and avoiding harsh chemicals (acid, alkaline, abrasive compounds). Improper care voids manufacturer warranties.

Limit of liability

Innovo Auto Detailing's liability is limited to the price of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. Vehicle inspection at drop-off documents condition.

Mobile service constraints

Mobile detailing requires power and water access at the service location, or notice that we need to bring our own (we do — both, by default). HOAs and condo properties may have additional access requirements; advise us in advance. No free mobile estimates — mobile dispatch requires a booked appointment.

Photography

We may photograph completed work for use on our website and social media. Photos focus on the vehicle, not the customer or identifying information. See Photo Release.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in Alameda County, California.
