Innovo Auto Detailing does not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We collect what's needed to deliver detailing, ceramic, PPF, and VIN verification services — and we use it only for that purpose.

Your rights under CCPA

• Right to know: what personal information we collect, how it's used, and with whom it's shared.
• Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we hold, with limited service-related exceptions.
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate information.
• Right to opt out: of any future "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not currently sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not retaliate for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Text or call (628) 212-2001 with "CCPA Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We'll require written authorization and verification of the agent's identity.
