What we collect

When you book, request a quote, or text us, we collect: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, and service address (for mobile bookings). When you visit the site, we collect anonymized analytics (page views, time on page, source) via Google Analytics 4 and ad-platform tracking IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) when you arrive from an ad.

How we use it

Your contact information is used solely to deliver the service you requested — sending quotes, confirming appointments, dispatching mobile detailing, day-of-service updates, and follow-up. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Innovo team members handling your booking. Third-party payment processors for credit-card transactions. Google Analytics for anonymized site traffic patterns. SMS provider (used internally) for text messages. Booking platform (used internally) for scheduling.

Cookies + analytics

We use first-party cookies for: ad-attribution tracking IDs (gclid / gbraid / wbraid, 90-day TTL), GA4 session continuity, and form-submission state. Third-party cookies are limited to embedded booking + reviews iframes from our service provider. You can clear cookies any time via your browser settings without impacting service.
