Within a few minutes. Service, vehicle, location, time and price are all on the confirmation. If a deposit applies, the payment link comes with it.

Day-of arrival window
We text the actual arrival window (or pickup window for shop drop-offs) the day before. No vague "8 AM to 5 PM" windows.

If we see something at the appointment that changes the work, we quote and ask before doing it. No surprise upcharges.

What's the cancellation policy?
24 hours notice — no charge. Inside 24 hours — $60 cancellation fee. Reschedules are free at any time when our schedule allows.
Do I need to be home for mobile service?
No — the car needs to be accessible (driveway, open garage, parking spot you can leave us in) and you arrange the key handoff (we'll text when we arrive and when we're done). Plenty of customers leave the key in a lockbox and step out for the day.
Do you need water and power hookups for mobile?
No — our vans are fully self-contained. We bring our own water and our own power. All we need is space to work and access to the vehicle.
How does the deposit work?
Ceramic coating, window tint that has to be ordered, and any job over $500 are held with a deposit. Right after you book we text a secure payment link; the balance is due when the work is done. Nothing is charged on this page.
What if the vehicle is dirtier than expected?
If we see something at the appointment that changes the work (deeper paint correction, way more pet hair than expected), we quote and ask before doing it. No surprise upcharges.
