The Mission is one of the densest neighborhoods we serve in SF — narrow street parking, no garage on most flats, and a constant rotation of cars in and out of Valencia + 24th St + Mission St. Daily parking is on the street, which means brake-dust from city traffic plus the occasional door-tap from tight parallel spaces. Climate-wise the Mission gets more sun than the Sunset side — the fog band usually breaks at Twin Peaks — so paint here takes real UV in summer. We see a heavy Tesla Model 3 mix from the tech-worker population, Audi/BMW commuters running 101 north into the FiDi or south to the Peninsula, plus a real classic-car contingent (restored 911s, vintage trucks, lowriders from the longtime Mission community).
