Our goal is to make your detailing experience stress-free and transparent. These Terms & Conditions explain how we schedule, perform, and stand behind our services so you always know what to expect.

Agreement

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Innovo Auto Detailing's policies with respect to our customers. By booking or receiving services from Innovo Auto Detailing, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our philosophy is to provide a stress-free detailing experience for every customer. Your vehicle and proper detailing techniques are always our first priority.

General Conditions

  • We will not perform any service that may cause harm or damage to your vehicle.
  • Prior to service, you must inform us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that could affect detailing, such as: low battery, trunk not opening, windows not rolling down, etc.
  • If your vehicle poses a potential health or safety risk (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline, or other hazardous substances), you must notify us before your appointment.
  • You are responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
  • If your vehicle cannot be detailed upon arrival, you will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment (including if you are not present when we arrive).
  • Innovo Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.

Appointments

  • We strive to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible, but delays may occur due to safety or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if schedules change.
  • Pricing varies by vehicle size, package, and condition.
  • Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris, personal item removal, and steam cleaning.

Property Damage & Liability

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovo Auto Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, or claim (including attorney/legal fees) arising from our services.
  • Due to the nature of detailing, there is inherent risk of minor cosmetic damage. We do not provide reimbursement for minor damage.
  • Reimbursement for major damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct may be considered. Innovo Auto Detailing reserves the right to approve the repair shop or vendors used.
  • If damage is discovered after service, you must notify us within 24 hours and schedule a touch-up (if applicable) within 5 days.

Car Seats & Custom Equipment

  • We will not remove or install car seats. If you want the area underneath cleaned, please remove them before your appointment.
  • We will not remove or install custom equipment (e.g., seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, bumper stickers). Please remove them in advance if you want the area cleaned.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee unless rescheduled (the fee may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment).
  • Bookings with multiple cars are subject to multiple cancellation fees. (Example: Canceling 5 cars = $250 in fees.)

If canceling with less than 6 hours' notice, your options are:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancel with a cancellation charge.
  • Convert your appointment into a gift card for the full amount.

An appointment is not considered canceled until confirmed with an Innovo Auto Detailing representative.

Fleet or business vehicle bookings may not qualify for gift card conversion.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the detail.
  • We accept cash and credit cards.
  • Online bookings are charged after service unless a deposit is required.
  • Additional charges apply for returned or insufficient funds.

Photographs & Video

  • By receiving services, you grant Innovo Auto Detailing permission to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.
  • These materials will never be sold or given to third parties.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees of restoring your vehicle to a specific condition (e.g., "showroom new").

Damage/Accidents & Indemnity

  • Reimbursement will not be issued for minor cosmetic issues.
  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovo Auto Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates against all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney/legal fees) resulting from services provided.
