Do you come to my location?
Yes! Our custom detailing van is completely self-contained and comes to you. We bring everything needed including water, power, and all professional equipment.
What are your service area requirements?
We need to park our van within 20 feet of your vehicle. We cannot service locations in dense areas where our van might cause a traffic hazard or safety concern. If you are located in an apartment complex, please make sure you are allowed to have the service at your location.
Where do you service?
We primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area with mobile detailing.
How do I schedule an appointment?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak seasons or weekends. However, we may have same-day availability depending on our schedule. Feel free to call and we can book over the phone, or book your appointment here!

What services do you offer?
We provide complete exterior and interior detailing services. Our packages start with basic wash and wax services and go up to comprehensive paint correction and protection services. We also provide headlight refinishing, engine cleaning, undercarriage washes, glass polishing and coating, as well as our amazing 5-year ceramic coating installations.
How long does detailing take?
Our complete exterior and interior detailing starts from 3 hours, depending on the size of your vehicle and the package selected. We can reduce the time needed by placing multiple techs on the work order based on availablity and scheduling.
Do you offer different service packages?
Yes! We have various packages ranging from basic maintenance washes to premium detailing services. Visit our pricing page for detailed package information.
Whats included in your detailing service?
Our services typically include exterior washing, drying, waxing or sealing, interior vacuuming, surface cleaning, glass cleaning, and tire care. Specific inclusions vary by package.
Do you work on all vehicle types?
Yes, we detail cars, trucks, SUVs, and camping trailers. Pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Preparation and Requirements
Do I need to prepare my car before you arrive?
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle. We’ll handle the rest! If possible, park in a shaded area and ensure we have access to within 20 feet of your vehicle.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
No! Our custom van is completely self-contained with its own water supply and power generation. You don’t need to provide anything.
What if it's raining on my appointment day?
Light rain is generally okay since we can work under cover. However, heavy rain or severe weather may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons.
Can you detail my car in a parking garage?
Yes, as long as there’s adequate ventilation and our van can safely access within 20 feet of your vehicle.

How long will detailing last?
Results vary based on driving conditions, storage, and weather exposure. Generally, exterior detailing lasts 2-4 weeks, while interior detailing can last 1-2 months with normal use.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Can you remove scratches and swirl marks?
We offer paint correction services that can significantly reduce or eliminate many scratches and swirl marks, depending on their severity.
Payments & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Do you require a deposit?
For most standard appointments, no deposit is required. However, premium services or large vehicles may require a deposit at booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

Can you detail extremely dirty or neglected vehicles?
Absolutely! We specialize in bringing neglected vehicles back to life. Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and cost.
